When we create a task from a significant event on the home page you can click “view details” and it takes you to the full significant event for full information
When you create a task from a complaint these is no “view details” on the task on the home page, so you have no way of knowing what complaint it relates to. Can This be added or requested ASAP as it causing issues as you have to look through all the complaints to find the one you require for the task.
